Repair Technician
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual to join us in our busy store in Guernsey as a Repair Technician. If you have a passion for technology and wish to start a Career at Tech-Zone carrying out repairs, this job will be perfect for you!
Repair Technician (customer-facing job)
Full Time (5 day week, 08:45-17:30)
Tech-Zone is a leading company in the Channel Islands for repairs across many devices including phones, computers and consoles. Have you built your own computer previously, or maybe for your friends? Maybe you’ve tried a phone repair with a broken screen or battery replacement? All training will be provided so, experience is not essential but would definitely be a bonus.
This is a full-time position, based in Guernsey, between 8.45AM and 5:30PM – 5 Days a week.
Typical daily duties:
– Customer service, answering phones and ticket management with customers in-store.
– Repairing phones, computer, consoles and more (all training provided)
Minimum Requirements:
– Quick learner
– Customer service skills
– Punctual and reliable
– Guernsey “right to work” licencing
The position comes with 21 days paid holidays, and Christmas Bonus. Pay is generous for the right candidate.
